Thank you for shopping at Daily Tee Wear. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, makeup marks, perfume, pet hair, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items returned after the return period
  • Items with hygiene concerns or signs of use

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Daily Tee Wear is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at quickbooks68@outlook.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for size, color, or style. If you need a different item, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at quickbooks68@outlook.com.

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
